OU Law Center Senior Scholar in Residence Professor Rennard James Strickland (on right) visits with Criminal Justice Professor Wambli Sina Win during a book signing session at Wacoche Hall Friday morning. He was a special guest speaker during the American Indian Studies Division Fall Colloquium 2009 that started at 8 a.m. this morning and runs throughout the day. Presentations include AIS: American Indian Images in the Media and considers the role media play in American Indian lives and strategizes ways in which modes of cultural communication promotes accurate and respectful images of tribal people.
